Illustrations and murals located in the Cambie Village neighbourhood in Vancouver, BC through the Vancouver Mural Festival. The creative direction from the organizers was to create an engaging and entertaining atmosphere for children and families of the area. The artwork was designed with the idea of representing the neighbouring businesses and community that include: child care, veterinary, schools, ice cream shop as well as various restaurants and shops. The final concept was to have a diverse and playful collection of all types of interesting characters using a repetitive pattern as the base layout with an inviting and joyful aesthetic.
